Top two teams flip atop CCCSIA Men's Soccer Poll this week

RIVERSIDE - It is still the North that is providing the one-two punch atop this week’s California Community College Sports Information Association (CCCSIA) polls with Hartnell leapfrogging Taft for the top spot.
Hartnell has yet to drop a game after outscoring their opponents 21-2 in the past three games. Last week, they took down Marin and Butte with ease. They began this week’s action with a commanding win over Allan Hancock.
No. 2 Taft has cruised through a west coast stint despite only playing one ranked team featuring No. Oxnard. They will cap their trip with a showdown against No. 12 Cerritos on Friday.
El Camino stands firm at the No. 3 position as the lone Southern team to reach the top-five. They are sandwiched by No. 4 Foothill, No. 5 American River and No. 6 Folsom Lake.
No. 6 Rio Hondo climbs two positions in the rankings as does No. 8 Mt. San Antonio. No. 12 Cerritos took the biggest fall as they drop out of the top-five for the first time this year.
No. 18 Orange Coast, No. 19 Lassen and No. 20 Oxnard are all newbies to the rankings, while Santa Barbara, Mendocino and Canada all fall out of the top-20.
