Bri Tellier served a 12-point run to end the second set, 25-10, contributing a pair of aces along the way. CSM won 25-13, 25-10, 25-14, with Tuivailala getting the match point kill.

SAN MATEO -- Lille Tuivailala had 13 kills and Grace Willming added seven, along with ten digs, as College of San Mateo swept rival Skyline College in a Coast Conference women's volleyball match Friday night at CSM.

The Bulldogs have now won nine of their last ten matches, the lone setback coming in five sets to Cabrillo, arguably the top team in Northern California – and which is on a 102-match Coast Conference win skein. San Mateo took the first two sets against Cabrillo and led midway through the third and fifth sets. CSM is in a second place tie in the Coast North at 3-1 (16-5 overall). Skyline fell to 0-4 (4-9).
San Mateo faces its toughest Coast road contest to date on Wednesday at state No. 8 ranked and co-second place Hartnell College in Salinas before returning home on Friday (Oct. 19) to play No. 18 West Valley in the state's strongest conference.
Cabrillo (6-0, 16-2) extended its 9-year, 102-match Coast Conference win streak Friday night, turning back Hartnell (3-1, 17-2) in four sets, 3-1.
