Mt. San Antonio wins third wrestling tournament of the season

The state's top-ranked wrestling team, Mt. San Antonio College, won their third tournament of the season, as they outdistanced all other schools to capture the Modesto Tournament championship. The Mounties, who compiled 174 team points, which included winning six of the 10 weight classification championships and took second in six others. Second place Fresno City College finished with 135 team points.
