STATE POLL NO. 9: Los Angeles Pierce College stretches its winning streak to 60 matches as its enters the regional playoffs as the No. 1 team in the state. Fresno City is the North region's top squad, No. 1 seed and No. 2 in the state. This is the poll directly related to the playoff seedings that were released yesterday.

STATE POLL NO. 8: The top 8 teams all remain the same in this week's volleyball poll, with undefeated LA Pierce no top as they have been all season.

STATE POLL NO. 7: Now No. 3 Orange Coast's loss to Irvine Valley means No. 1 LA Pierce is the only undefeated team left in state. Fresno City at No. 2 is the North's current top team. No. 10 Irvine Valley enters the top 10, Cypress jumps to No. 15, Antelope Valley climbs into Top 25. LA Pierce and No. 4 Feather River are the first to clinch at least ties for respective conference titles. No. 18 Porterville set a new school record for victories in one season at 18.

STATE POLL NO. 6: No. 1 LA Pierce and No. 2 Orange Coast remain the only undefeated teams in the State. In the sixth women's volleyball poll the biggest moves were Santa Rosa getting to No. 5 and Cypress jumping into the top 25.

STATE POLL NO. 5: LA Pierce (19-0) remains in the top spot losing just one set the entire season at 57-1. Santa Rosa (8) and San Diego Mesa (10) join the top ten in this week's rankings as well.

STATE POLL NO. 4: LA Pierce continues to top the latest State Top 25 Poll. The Brahmas have won 50 consecutive matches and are 17-0 this year. Orange Coast in No. 2 is the only other undefeated team in the state at 9-0. Fresno City is the top North team at 14-1 in the No. 3 spot.

STATE POLL NO. 3: LA Pierce (13-0) remains the top team in the state, now on a 46-match win streak dating back to the start of 2011. Orange Coast jumps to No. 2 from the 7th spot; Bakersfield to No. 3 from the 10 spot. Feather River in the North set a state record by winning 12 matches in a span of 12 days and have an incredible state-leading 21 victories in a month's time to move to No. 5. Fresno City stays on top of the North at 10-1 and No. 4 in state.
