The California Community College Commission on Athletics (COA) in conjunction with
VIMA Productions, its broadcast rights production firm, announced today that Fox
Sports Net has agreed to air the Hyundai California Community Football Championship
Presented by Blue Diamond and the Visalia-Area Sports Association (VASA). The game
will be played on Saturday, December 8 at Mineral King Bowl Stadium in Visalia,
CA.

Presented by Blue Diamond Growers will return to Mineral King Bowl Stadium in Visalia,
California on December 8, 2001 and be hosted by College of the Sequoias. The championship
game will feature California's top ranked teams, as determined by the COA /California
Community College Football Coaches Association Regional Poll.
