Cerritos holds a 1-game lead in the wild SCC Baseball standings at 13-5 with three teams all tied for 2nd place in East Los Angeles, Long Beach, and El Camino all at 12-6.
In the April 9 latest Top 20 SoCal Baseball Poll, ELAC was No. 4, Cerritos No. 12 and El Camino No. 14.
Cerritos plays its final conference 3-game series v. ECC Compton, ELAC plays LA Harbor, and Long Beach faces El Camino. The games take place next week April 22, 24, and 25.
