GLENDORA, Calif. - Championships proved to be the common denominator for Fresno City College women's volleyball player Jenna Goldsberry and Cerritos College wrestler David Van Weems, who were named Wednesday as the CCCAA/CCCSIA Athletes of the Month for November, sponsored by Rally Factory.

She planted 13 kills and hit .500 in a sweep over Cypress before finishing off the state crown with a spectacular 19 kills and 14 digs in Fresno City's sweep over L.A Pierce. She totaled 73 kills in five playoff victories while hitting a spectacular .388 against all top-ranked state opponents.
